Meet The Team At ILA

At Independent Loss Adjusters, our people are central to the service we provide. The ILA team includes experienced loss adjusters, claims handlers, surveying professionals, claims administrators and support staff who work together to assist homeowners, landlords and businesses with property insurance claims.

Our loss adjusting and claims professionals assess property damage, review supporting evidence, communicate with insurers and help clients understand the decisions involved in their claim. Their work forms part of our wider insurance claims management service, which can include claim preparation, negotiation, reinstatement support and coordination with relevant specialists.

Behind each loss adjuster is a wider claims and administrative team helping to manage correspondence, paperwork, appointments and day-to-day communication. This coordinated approach supports clients through the different stages of the insurance claim process, from the initial review through to settlement or reinstatement.

Property damage and insurance disputes can place considerable pressure on those affected. Our team therefore aims to provide clear explanations, practical support and regular communication throughout its involvement. You can read reviews from ILA clients to learn more about their experiences with individual members of the team.

Meet the people who contribute to ILA’s loss adjusting, claims management, surveying, operational and client support services.
