We understand that cost is an important factor when it comes to settling your claim. That’s why at ILA, we offer a competitive fee of 10% plus VAT of the overall settlement amount. But we also know that every situation is unique, which is why we offer flexible options to our customers.

One option is to utilise our extensive supplier network. If you choose this option and our contractors complete the work, they will cover our fee on your behalf for the proportion of work they complete. This can provide even more value to our customers.

Although claim preparation costs are typically not covered under insurance policies, we offer a solution for our clients. If you choose to use one of our trusted contractors from our supplier network, they will cover our fees for the portion of work that they complete on your behalf.

Please note that your insurance company will not directly pay our fees, unless you have purchased policy that covers Claim Preparation Fees.
